What You Can Contact Us About
- Bug reports — If a calculator gives an unexpected result or something is broken, please describe the issue and what values you entered. Include the calculator name and the result you received vs. what you expected.
- Feature requests — Suggest a new calculator or a feature you would like added to an existing tool. We have added multiple calculators directly from user suggestions — your request genuinely matters.
- Formula questions — If you believe a formula or calculation method is incorrect, or you want clarification on how a result is derived, we want to know. Formula accuracy is our highest priority.
- Content feedback — Spotted an error in our guides, FAQ answers, reference tables, or worked examples? We aim to update verified content errors within 24 hours.
- SEO or indexing issues — Feedback about search visibility, duplicate content, canonical issues, or technical SEO problems you have noticed.
- Pakistan rate updates — If you notice that a gold price, petrol rate, SBP policy rate, or bank lending rate on our site is outdated, please let us know the correct current figure and your source.
- General questions — Anything else you would like to ask about CalcNova, our tools, or the calculations we perform.
Response Times
We aim to respond to all messages within 24–48 business hours. Bug reports and calculation errors are treated as high priority and typically addressed within 24 hours. Feature requests are reviewed weekly and added to our development roadmap based on demand and feasibility. Rate update notifications (gold, petrol, dollar) are acted on same day.
Frequently Asked Questions
Absolutely. Select "Feature Request / New Calculator" as the message type and describe the calculator you would like to see. Include the formula if you know it, and the use case (who would use it and why). Popular requests with clear demand are added to the CalcNova roadmap. We have already added the Tip Calculator, Zakat Calculator, Speed Calculator, Petrol Cost Calculator, Unit Converter, and Dollar to PKR page following user feedback.
Please select "Bug Report" and include: (1) the calculator name, (2) the values you entered, (3) the result you received, and (4) what result you expected. Screenshots are helpful. We will investigate and fix any verified formula errors within 24 hours. All CalcNova formulas are verified against authoritative sources but we are human and errors can occur.
Not currently. All CalcNova calculators run client-side in the browser with no server-side processing. If you are a developer interested in API access or embedding our calculators, contact us through this form and we will discuss options for the future.
Select "Content Feedback" or "General Question" and include the page name, the rate that appears on the page, the correct current rate, and your source (e.g. OGRA notification, Sarafa Association rate, SBP announcement). We update rate-dependent pages same day when notified.
Currently our calculators are not available as embeds or widgets for third-party websites. If this is something you need, contact us with your use case. We are considering iframe-embeddable versions of popular calculators for educational and informational websites.
Not as a native app currently. However, CalcNova is a fully responsive Progressive Web App (PWA) — you can add it to your phone's home screen directly from your browser. On Android (Chrome): tap the three-dot menu → "Add to Home Screen". On iPhone (Safari): tap the Share button → "Add to Home Screen". This gives you an app-like experience with offline access to the site.
